Corrugators

The corrugator is the production heart of every box plant — the integrated line that converts flat reels of kraft and medium into bonded, fluted board ready for conversion.

Every operation downstream — printing, die-cutting, folder-gluing — depends on the corrugator running steadily and delivering flat, well-bonded, dimensionally stable board across the full range of flutes and basis weights.

Its design directly shapes plant capacity, paper consumption, glue and steam usage, and box strength.
