An Auto Glue Kitchen is a fully automated starch adhesive preparation system that feeds the corrugator with stable, consistent glue batch after batch. The system handles every step — caustic and borax dosing, starch hydration, high-shear mixing, viscosity control, and delivery to the single-facer and double-backer storage tanks — without manual intervention. By replacing operator-dependent batch making with a programmable, sensor-driven process, the glue kitchen converts what used to be the most variable input on a corrugating line into one of its most predictable, directly improving board bonding, runnability, and conversion efficiency.

By utilising a powerful high speed mixer, together with a programmable control system, we can easily reach ultra homogeneous starch adhesives for corrugator applications. At the heart of the system is a high-shear, high-RPM mixer driven by SIEMENS or TECO motors, paired with a programmable control loop that achieves ultra-homogeneous glue batches with super-stable viscosity. The high shear extracts the best out of whatever raw starch the plant is buying, which is what allows our customers to push the recipe further than they otherwise could.
